This Pro Formula Mazda was constructed for the 2005 season, and it was later raced by Cabot Bigham, who placed first in the 2015 Formula Car Challenge. Chassis 05589 was subsequently acquired in 2017 by NHRA and Motorsports Hall of Famer and former Top Fuel land and water quarter-mile world record holder Eddie Hill.
