This 1956 Continental Mark II is a special-order example originally commissioned for President of Argentina Juan Perón. Finished in custom Cadet Blue, reportedly chosen to honor First Lady Eva “Evita” Perón, the car was en route to South America when the regime was deposed in the Revolución Libertadora of September 1955. Following the cancellation of the order, the vehicle was reallocated via a dealer lottery to the seller’s grandfather, a Ford dealer in Micronesia, and has remained in the same family since.
