This 1937 Harley-Davidson EL was purchased new by the seller’s uncle, barn-stored for approximately three decades, and refurbished circa 2016 by the seller’s cousin, from whose estate it was acquired by the seller in 2021. Refurbishment work included rebuilding the bike’s 61ci V-twin and hand-shifted four-speed transmission, replacing its 16″ wire-spoke wheels, cross-braced handlebar, chrome dashboard, and beehive taillight, refinishing the bodywork in two-tone black and white, and re-plating much of the chrome.
