This Ferrari Colombo V12 engine was removed from a 1963 Ferrari 250 GTE. The 3.0-liter Tipo 128/F engine (s/n 4295) was reportedly rebuilt by Richard ‘Dick’ DeBiasse of Dark Horse Motors. It is believed to be the last of five 250 GTE ‘hot rod’ engines built by DeBiasse, and it has not been fired since the rebuild. Ferrari produced various iterations of the Colombo V12 engine from 1947 through 1988.
