This 1940 Chevrolet Special Deluxe coupe was purchased by the seller’s late husband in 2002, and a custom build completed in 2016 involved custom bodywork including a chopped top, shaved bumpers, a smoothed valance and rear roll pan, frenched taillights, and PT Cruiser headlights faired into the front fenders. Power is provided by a supercharged 350ci V8 linked to a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission and a 9″ rear end, and it features a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an MSD ignition control module, an aluminum radiator, and a dual exhaust system with coated headers and Flowmaster mufflers
