This tube-frame Mercury Capri was built by Bill Scott Racing and Cars & Concepts in Michigan for the IMSA GT championship, and it was piloted by Lyn St. James as part of the Kelly American Challenge. St. James raced the car using the red-and-silver Motorcraft #7 livery and achieved a podium finish. The car was restored at some point and has participated in multiple Sonoma Historic Motorsports Festivals.
