This 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Special Edition was sold new at Kircher Pontiac of Fort Worth, Texas, and it was acquired by the seller as a partially refurbished vehicle in September 2020. The seller commissioned Restore a Muscle Car of Lincoln, Nebraska, to complete the car, and work consisted of repainting the body, re-trimming the interior, and installing a Ridetech suspension kit and a 1977-style nose and tail as well as a 400ci Pontiac V8 and a Holley Terminator EFI system.
