A 12k-mile 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring sold for $273,500, and that’s strong money in this market.

This GT3 Touring is a prime specimen for anyone who appreciates the perfect blend of performance and luxury. With just 12,000 miles on the odometer, it's barely broken in. The car is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine, paired with an engaging six-speed manual transmission. This setup is a rarity these days, especially in a world leaning heavily towards automatics. The Agate Gray Metallic finish, along with the black leather and cloth interior, adds to its allure. High-end options like the Sport Chrono Package and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes elevate this car’s desirability even further.

Now, let’s break down the numbers. The sale price of $273,500 came in 9% above the fair value estimate of $251,000, which indicates this sale was a bit of an outlier. With 30 bids placed, it’s clear that interest was high, showing just how much this specific model is coveted among buyers. The combination of low mileage, desirable transmission, and its collector-friendly spec likely drove the price up past the fair market value.

The community had a positive buzz around this auction. One sharp comment stood out: "Sweet car and sweet deal! Congratulations!" This enthusiasm reflects the general sentiment that this GT3 Touring is a worthwhile investment, even at a premium price.

For buyers hunting a similar car, keep one eye on the DME (Digital Motor Electronics) report. As one user suggested, ensure that it has range 3s when you’re considering a purchase. It's a good indicator of how the car has been treated and can help you avoid potential pitfalls.

In summary, while the price tag might seem steep, for a low-mileage, manual, and well-optioned GT3 Touring, it’s a strong buy that will likely hold or even increase its value down the line.
