The 2018 BMW 750i M Sport sold for $23,750, which is strong money for a car like this.

This BMW is a luxury sedan that balances performance with opulence. It’s powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine, putting out impressive power and paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The M Sport Package and Executive Package add desirable features that enhance both driving dynamics and comfort. With only 55,000 miles on the clock, this car is a well-maintained specimen, having lived in Florida and Arizona. The striking Imola Red exterior and black Nappa leather interior make it visually appealing, but it’s the rarity and robust options that truly matter to buyers in this segment.

Looking at the bidding, 30 bids indicate a competitive interest in this model, especially for a car with low mileage and a potent engine. The final sale price of $23,750 is about 13% above the fair value estimate of $20,975. While that might seem high, prices in the luxury market can vary widely based on condition and features. Given the strong bidding, it seems buyers were willing to pay up for this well-equipped luxury sedan.

Comments from the community reflected a mix of excitement and surprise at the final price, with one user noting, “Depreciation can be a wonderful thing!” This sentiment captures the essence of buying a used luxury vehicle. The initial depreciation can create opportunities for savvy buyers, especially in a market where a well-spec’d car can command a premium.

For those on the hunt for a similar luxury sedan, focus on the options and features that elevate the driving experience. Look for cars with packages like the M Sport or Executive Package, as these add significant value. Also, pay attention to mileage and service history; a well-maintained vehicle can save you money in the long run.
