A 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE just sold for $9,250, and that’s a deal considering it’s 27% below fair value.

This Range Rover Sport packs a punch with its 5.0-liter V8 engine, offering solid power for both city driving and off-road adventures. The six-speed automatic transmission makes it easy to handle, which is a big plus for those who want a luxury SUV without the hassle of a manual. With only 74,000 miles on the clock, this SUV is in excellent condition and has the right mix of features to appeal to buyers. It's got all-wheel drive for those rugged weekends and a stylish Fuji White exterior that’s hard to ignore. Inside, the Ebony leather interior adds a touch of class, while practical features like a sunroof, xenon headlights, and a Harman Kardon sound system enhance the overall experience.

The bidding was lively, with 36 bids placed before the hammer dropped. Given the FW fair value estimate of $12,726 for comparable models, this sale price is strong evidence of a market correction. While the mileage and condition are solid, the significant discount suggests buyers are cautious or that this specific model is not in high demand right now.

Community feedback was mixed but insightful. One user noted, “Great deal for someone looking for a luxury SUV at a low price.” This sentiment reflects a growing consensus that while this vehicle has its merits, buyers may be waiting for the right moment to jump in.

For anyone hunting a similar Range Rover Sport, keep an eye on maintenance records and service history. Luxury SUVs can come with a hefty repair bill if they haven’t been cared for properly. Verify that all features work as advertised — especially the electronics, which can be a weak point in these models. A thorough inspection can save you from unexpected costs down the line.
