This original-owner 2005 [Nissan 350Z](https://fridayswatchlist.com/search?make=Nissan&model=350Z) Touring Roadster has sold for $8,200, which is strong money in the current market.

This Z33 generation sports car is equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission, making it a fun and engaging drive for those who appreciate a true driver’s car. With 83,000 miles on the odometer, this roadster strikes a balance between being low enough for reliability while still having enough character to show it’s been enjoyed. The Chrome Silver exterior and Charcoal leather interior are sharp, and the 18-inch six-spoke alloy wheels and Bose sound system add desirable touches that resonate with buyers looking for a spirited convertible experience.

The bidding frenzy saw 31 bids, suggesting strong interest, but let’s talk numbers. With a fair value estimate of $6,500, this auction ended at a whopping 26% above that estimate. That’s a clear indication that the market for these cars is robust, especially for a one-owner, clean-title vehicle with a solid maintenance history. While high mileage can sometimes deter buyers, this car’s manual transmission and overall condition seem to have outweighed that concern, driving the price up.

Community feedback reflected a mix of appreciation for the car and a bit of disbelief at the final price. One comment stood out: “Incredible value whew,” capturing the sentiment that even though the final bid was high, there’s still a lot of love for the 350Z among owners and fans. It’s clear that this model has a loyal following, as evidenced by the camaraderie shown in the comments.

For buyers hunting a similar car, keep an eye on the service history and any potential modifications. Originality matters, but a well-maintained example often commands a premium. If you can find a clean title and solid service records, it could be worth your time. Just remember, manual transmission and lower mileage will always help your case in negotiations.
